Q. May I utilize your House Call services while I still see my regular physician with whom I have a long term relationship?
A. Yes! Being physicians we understand the tremendous value in long standing Doctor Patient relationships. We will confer with your physician and coordinate your care together.
Q. Does Mobile Physician Associates accept Medicare?
A. Yes!
Q. What geographical locations does Mobile Physician Associates Cover?
A. Currently we cover the Los Angeles and Greater Los Angeles Area, however we are continually expanding our coverage area. Please call us at (310) 256-2426 to see if we service your area.
Q. How long does it take to schedule a 21st century House Call?
A. Once we receive the completed/signed Patient Intake forms, and depending on the location of the patient, we are usually able to schedule an appointment within 24 to 48 hours.
Q. If the need arises which hospitals are you affiliated with?
A. We have relationships with almost all greater Los Angeles hospitals and either we have admitting privileges or have an associate that is on staff at the Hospital ensuring continuity of care.
Q. Do we call you if we are experiencing an emergency?
A. Please call 911 directly if there is an emergency
Q. What if I need to cancel/reschedule my appointment? What if I am not available when the Provider arrives for my visit (Home or Facility)?
A. Please be advised that Mobile Physician Associates (MPA) has No Show/Late Cancel/Late Rescheduling fee of $150.00.
Patients will be billed: If they are not available at their scheduled appointment time; If they refuse the visit after the Provider has arrived; If they have not provided our office with a 6 hour notice to cancel/reschedule their appointment time.
